Persona Profile

A sophomore in the same Human-Computer Interaction Design major. She is shy, sensitive and thoughtful with strong logical thinking skills and independent reasoning ability. She has her own insights and ideas but is weak in verbal expression and struggles to adapt to the open group discussion atmosphere.

She usually sits in the corner and takes notes silently during group discussions. Even when called on to speak by the leader, she stutters nervously and may even give up expressing herself. The fast communication pace of outgoing group members brings her psychological pressure, making her more reluctant to participate actively and easily overlooked by others. She can express her views clearly and think deeply about problems in one-on-one private communication.

She fears being laughed at for making mistakes when speaking in front of others and hopes for a more relaxed, slow-paced discussion environment. She longs for her ideas to be valued but does not know how to integrate into group communication proactively.

Passive participant and quiet thinker, whose valuable ideas are hard to be presented and adopted in discussions.
